The Geon F1 has long been a popular case, due to its flexible and effective gasket mounting system.  It is a particularly good option for Alps switches due to its internal weight system.  These weights can be omitted to greatly increase the internal case volume that Alps switches need to sound their best.

It the 8K version offers another two features that elevate Alps builds even further -- a PC bottom half, and a 3u wide numpad.  Combined with the Alpin8K, a pcb specifically designed for this version of the F1, it is possible to build a numpad complete with 2u zero into the case.  Along with liberal use of the numlock function, this will be the most functional TKL you've seen.

Finally, this particular F1 has been built with poron plate foam, deepening and rounding the bottom out sound of the excellent SKCM Brown switches.
