Hippoal Alps PCB for the Hippo TKL

A version of my Alpine8Kal pcb adjusted to work in the Hippo TKL by Jacky Design.  Many features of the original pcb were preserved despite not being necessary for the Hippo, in case this pcb is ever useful for another TKL with similar spacing.

Note: the JST location and pin-out does not work with the stock JST cable included with the Hippo TKL.  Instead, it is compatible with the unified daughterboard project.  A suitable JST cable will be included with every Hippoal pcb.
